Staff Management
ClubLink's staff management system allows for adding and deleting staff members, reviewing staff history, changing pay rates, tracking staff hours, communicating with staff, and more. Time Keeping
When an employee starts work, their ClubLink LCD card is removed from its slot in the time card rack. When finished for the day the card is replaced. This tracks and records employee hours of work, and is used to locate, track and communicate with staff and can be used by the admistrator, maintenance manager, golf pro or clubhouse manager. ...more info
Message Sending
ClubLink may be used to transmit messages through a pager-type LCD apparatus used by golfers and staff. The clubhouse manager can direct staff around the golf course to service golfers. ...more info
Menu Ordering
ClubLink may be used by golfers to order refreshments from anywhere on the golf course. This function allows for the reduction of cart traffic on the course, which typically puts hours of use on equipment without generating effective income. Players can order items for delivery on the course or meals when they are nearing the end of play.
