The ClubLink
platform is used to set up and
administer all aspects of running the clubhouse. The clubhouse administrator assigns
"tag" ID numbers to staff, sets security pass levels and sets menu options and prices.
The component can also be used to monitor and track staff, set work schedules, track
working hours, fill orders from the course or the clubhouse and much more.

track and communicate with staff and can be used by the admistrator, maintenance

ClubLink
may be used by golfers to order
refreshments from anywhere on the golf course. This function allows for the
reduction of cart traffic on the course, which typically puts hours of use on equipment
without generating effective income. Players can order items for delivery on the course
or meals when they are nearing the end of play. The system allows for
accurate tracking of sales and therefore provides the clubhouse manager a tool for
re-ordering inventory.
