set security pass levels, monitor and track staff & equipment location and activity,

Set-Up and Identification

AdLink software platform is set up around
course parameters. Once grid "tags" are in place, the administrator assigns ID
numbers to the fixed grid, staff members and equipment. Each "tag" has information
regarding location, security status, start date, rate of pay, schedule, etc.

AdLink's software platform monitors a variety
of security systems. These include general grounds perimeter monitoring, and access
to specific rooms or areas on a course. The administrator assigns security access
codes to staff members. The monitoring system will recognize the wearer of the tag and
either grant, or disallow, access to restricted areas.

for adding and deleting staff members, reviewing staff history, changing pay rates,
tracking staff hours, communicating with staff, and more. Functions are easily monitored
and controlled by the administrator, maintenance manager, golf pro or clubhouse manager.

When an employee starts work, their AdLink LCD card
is removed from its slot in the time card rack. When finished for the day the card
is replaced. This tracks and records employee hours of work, and is used to locate,
track and communicate with staff and can be used by the admistrator, maintenance
manager, golf pro or clubhouse manager.

AdLink's message center may be used to transmit messages
through a pager-type LCD apparatus used by staff. System operators can communicate
text messages using a new bi-stable technology that uses very little power consumption
thus allowing batteries to last 5 years or longer on mobile LCD modules.
