NatuReal eState Designs introduces the Mini-Pod™ |
NatuReal eState Designs Mini-Pod™ is a
new concept in rural living. Not only will you reside in your own private
community, you may never want, or need, to leave it.
eState properties are typically rolling pasture land, with
wooded areas and rocky out-croppings. We refer to these wonderful properties as
mini-pods, which are located around the eState residents own private
country club, which includes a championship golf course, marina and more.
How micro? A 100 acre property will only have 5-10 residential lots, ranging from
one to five acres, depending on which
package is selected by the resident(s).
The remaining property belongs to the community and can be developed in
a variety of ways.
Although the eventual layout of each eState property will ultimately be decided
by the
owners group, our
design team have already
spent many hours on each property, identifing premium lot locations, determining
ideal recreation and farming areas, laying out golf holes, etc.
These ideas will be introduced to the owners group, who may then input their
ideas and requests. Only then does formal design and development of the property
begin. The initial selector of a property has the option to choose their neighbors
and will originally head up the owners group.
There are many home and community options available including
crop/livestock production,
fitness center,
pool/spa,
shopping service,
meal catering,
conference facility,
guest house,
grounds maintenance,
golf,
tennis,
child care,
community website,
environmental upgrades,
and more.
eState properties offer independant power supply,
purified water system,
a new hi-tech perimeter and building security system, and state-of-the-art environmental
technologies
for home and property protection.

Our plans include building a condominium complex close to all hub cities near
eState communities. These units may be booked by eState residents who
wish or need to stay in town on a given night or longer.
Condominiums may be owned outright or leased on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis.
A
marina is also planned.
