BioSafe™ Product Overview Biodegradable Hydraulic Oils
MaxR100's intermetallic compound bond to the metal inside the system, removing the insulative build-up of oil, and forming a conductive layer to improve the Q factor. With MaxR100, oil returns to the reservoir and no longer builds up on heat transfer surfaces. Typical A/C energy savings are 15-20%+.

BioSafe™ Hydraulic Oils are used in any hydraulic system. Three grades are rated for 3,000, 10,000 & 30,000 operating hrs.
BioSafe™ Hydraulic Oils use the same unique technology as the MaxR™ brand intermetallic compounds. The application bonds activated molecules to metal surfaces, removing contamination and insulative build-up in vital component areas.

BioSafe™ XE are environmentally acceptable hydraulic oils formulated with specially saturated synthetic esters, produced from completely renewable sources - vegetable oil. Therefore they do not effect the natural cycle of the elements in a negative way.

BioSafe™ XE products are developed with the intention of combining environmentally beneficial practices with high technical performances. BioSafe™ XE formulas are recommended for heavy-duty use in mobile as well as stationary hydraulic systems.

BioSafe™ XE has a very high viscosity index, high shear stability and good lubricating properties and is characterized by its extreme high thermal properties that will result in very long durability and drain intervals, as well as low running costs.

BioSafe™ XE is a range of products in three different ISO VG-grades. The right choice of grade is mainly dependant on applications, ambient temperatures and working conditions. Generally 32XE is recommended at low temperatures while 68XE is recommended at high. 46XE is an all round product.
