Opening/Closing Service
We will prepare your cottage for the season and close it down for the winter. Details of
this service are worked out during our initial services selection meeting. You will be
required to give us a copy of your cottage keys.

Seasonal Cottage Cleaning
We will make periodic visits to your cottage to give it a thorough cleaning. This service is
available on a scheduled time table or upon request. Two days notice for a non-schudeled
cleaning visit is required.

Property Maintenance Services
We will make periodic visits to your cottage to cut the grass and do any gardening that you
may require. These services are available on a scheduled
time table or upon request. Two days notice for a non-schudeled maintenance visit is required.

Equipment Maintenance Services
We will make periodic visits to your cottage to maintain your motorized equipment, including
boats, generators, A/C, lawnmowers or even your car. These services are available on a scheduled
time table or upon request. Two days notice for a non-schudeled maintenance visit is required.

Renovations & Well Drilling
We can arrange for cottage renovations of any size or configuration, even extensions and additions.
We can also arrange for well drilling services. These services are arranged on an idividual
basis and not part of the services plan.
